Give the situation a starting point
State the device model and player version, then explain whether the issue occurs during installation, sign-in or playback. Include approximately when it began and whether something had changed. If the request concerns an order, use only a non-sensitive reference that helps support find the right conversation.
Describe one issue clearly
Quote the visible error or describe the actual behaviour. Explain what you expected and what happened instead. Add the checks you already tried, including unsuccessful ones. Several unrelated problems in one long message can be harder to follow; separate them with short, clearly named paragraphs.
Remove details that should stay private
Do not include mailbox passwords, authentication codes, full card numbers or private service addresses. Check screenshots for account details at the edges as well as the main message. If support needs more information, clarify what is required before sending anything sensitive.
Use the right form and follow up in one place
Use Contact for a question, Free trial for trial access, or the plan request form for a selected subscription. Check your reply email before sending. The success message confirms submission, not activation. Reply within the resulting email conversation when adding details.
